Dr Emmett Byrne MICGP
Dr. Emmett Byrne is a former professional rugby player for both Leinster and Ireland. On retiring from the sport of rugby he then undertook medicine in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Upon qualifying from medicine after the mandatory internship year Dr. Byrne trained as a General Practitioner on the Trinity Specialist training scheme for General Practice and is on the specialist register of the Irish Medical Council. He then travelled to the United States and trained with a specialist urologist in the no needle no scalpel vasectomy technique.
Martina McDonagh
Martina originally trained as a hairdresser and after qualifying she ran own successful business for 7 years. When starting her family, Martina chose to become a full time stay at home mum until her children had finished their primary education. She then returned to education herself and completed a full-time course in Business and IT. On completion of her studies, she commenced work with Vasectomy Ireland and has been managing the clinic since 2006. Martina is on hand to answer any queries you may have.
